How can I attache more then 4 pictures in a post?
« on: December 06, 2010, 06:17:23 AM »
I would like to describe my first restoration on the website. Can someone tell me how to attache more then 4 pictures in one post? And how to put text in between the photo's?

I can tell that is is possible from other restorations like el_timbo's Terminator 2.

Thanks,

Tura

upload all of your pics to your own website (usually your ISP will provide quite a lot of free space to use) or a free picture hosting service such as Photobucket and link the pictures here like this:

Here is a picture linked from one of my own websites:

and here are some words in between and then another picture I have hosted on photobucket:

See - it's really quite straightforward.........

Mike hit the nail on the head - Link the picture by copying the URL of the photo into the post, then highlight the URL and select the "insert Image" button - which the third button on the lower left hand row (in edit mode).

I forgot to mention you should size your pictures appropriatly as well so you are not uploading massive files and when on the site the pictures are sensibly sized. I find pics that are around 80~150KB are pretty good for sites such as this.

There are zillions of free file size adjusting programs out there.
