KING OF DIAMONDS RETRO

King Of Diamonds RETRO

Apparently about 10 of these have been sold down under , have any members here bought one and what there thoughts are .

If it was a 100% reproduction, fine
But it is in a cabinet that is made for a playfield with ramps, and it is a genrric arcade coin door

I actually dont mind this repro and would love to play one eventually,

Playfield and glass look stunning and the electronic side of this game impressed me again.

But have to agree with Pete regarding the cabinet... when you put the original and this side by side the cabinet looks very wrong

Ya , a chrome door would be better .

I agree.

I don't rate it as a remake. It is nothing like the original. The cabinet is horrible. Would never let it near my gamesroom. I don't know anyone silly enough to buy one.

but I do not have anything against Retro
I quite like the concept and art for 'Big Juicy Melons' ;)

All games come now with chrome trim , the black trim was when Stern was supposed to make the pins until they parted ways   , not sure why .
Then they went off shore and added the chrome .
