HELP REQUIRED FOR GAME PLAN SHARPSHOOTER?

Hi guys does anyone here own a Gameplan sharpshooter or any Gameplan game mpu system 2. A friend has just bought one and I'm after a photo or info on how to configure the transformer to 240v currently set up for Mexican power pretty disappointed not one bullet hole  @.@

Got some faded schematics, pretty sure it reads
240v - apply power to terminals COM and 4A
And strap terminals 4 to 1 (this part hard to read)

my manual says the same thing and also very scratchy to read,if you can give me a couple of days I will take a pic of my Attila the Hun transformer for you
