Any recommendations for getting an Arcade PCB fixed
« on: July 17, 2012, 08:24:53 PM »
Hi guys, I thought I would try and ask the question. I just purchased an Operation Thunder Arcade machine which has a faulty PCB. I am getting a colour ram error when I boot the machine up. Can anyone recommend somewhere or someone I can take the board to get it fixed. I am based in Melbourne, but I have no problem sending the board interstate if required.

Reseat all the inter board ribbon connectors and reseat all the IC's in sockets. Do this with the game off and report back  ^^^

I wil have a crack tonight and let you know

NiƱo I re-seated all the connections inside the cabinet. There was a cable that was not connected which leads to a switch labelled "Screen De-Gause" so I connected them. There is no error message visible on the screen now just a pink screen and small black screen in the top corner (almost like a pip)
