I know people have referred to the PAPA site before but I just thought I'd mention the series of pinball tutorials by Bowen Kerins.

http://pinball.org/videos/tutorials/These are very entertaining with intelligent commentary and some really blistering play. There are quite a few games represented and a good mix of old and new.
They have made me look at the art of playing pinball in a completely different way.
