If you scroll down further I see they have a selection of similar toppers for other machines also. Only question is which one to buy???

I feel a bit stupid here or maybee I need to put my glasses on but I have looked at this a few times now and what the hell am I missing??

This is a dealer in the US that used to have scantily clad models (as in women) draped over/sitting on the machines. After a lot of negative feedback about being a pimp he changed the photos.

If you look at the revisions on the ad you can see on July 4th Pictures Deleted.
