arcade game rom images

hi guys does anyone know a good place to get old arcade game rom files?

  I'm trying to repair a sprint 2 machine and would like to rule out corrupt roms ( displays random letters and numbers)

  Or can you use the game roms from Mame ?

AFAIK, you can just use the game roms from MAME.

Certainly it works that way with pinball roms and pinMAME.
