Back to the Future wall hanging

I picked up a Back to the Future backglass a while back and I just managed to get around to building a wall hanging backglass box for it.
I got the speaker panel with it so I have fitted that in the box too.

I want to have some lit text where the score displays go, something that looks like the original score displays.
Any suggestions on what to use?
I have been looking for some led 14seg displays but can't seem to get any the right size.
Another alternative i was thinking about was fake displays made from cut vinyl stuck to clear plastic with light behind it.

Any other suggestions?

Cut vinyl should do the trick, the other approach I think is over the top unless the numbers are going to be forever changing on the display
