Great read Daniel. I would like to correct you on one of your statements ;

"..unskilled worker.." - No mate you have PLENTY of great skills, as your numerous restorations and wall hangings prove. You enthusiasm shines through your work - you are a credit to the hobby mate !

..and you have heaps of "neat stuff" !

Mmmmm ... the Jungle Princess. I first played one at Macquarie Uni in the late 70s and enjoyed it.
I bought an Aquarius in 1981 and it wasn't until it needed fixing about 4 years ago that I came into contact with Michael Shaloub. I mentioned how my son now enjoyed playing pinball with me and Michael suggested getting a 2 player machine. I went to an auction and saw the Jungle Princess - as luck had it, I got it for $900 (plus 15%).
At the time I thought I paid too much for it. But it has been a great machine - in fact it's still my son's favourite.
Wanted: GTB Aquarius backglass. Any playfield bits and backglasses from any EMs - nothing is junk to me.
