Head to the casino (Southbank) plenty of restaurant's. From there if you head along the river towards the expo center (Jeffs shed) there are some nice places on the river area behind the Hilton hotel south bank promenade? 5 min walk or so. Good luck getting in somewhere without a reservation but should find something.
As for where to play pinball goodluck and hopefully someone can help out? Have fun.
