Years ago I stuffed my back up trying to make a garden out of the clay the builders left behind on our new house.. Prolapsed disks..
Simply - One disk from digging the clay in the garden, and then a year later - another digging a post hole. There's a third one in there just for good measure !
Its all good - After diagnosis, I manage them through changing my lifestyle and regular exercise.. I even played cricket for 5 years..
So idiot me bent over the body of the Rocky to solder a ground wire and BANG
I've aggravated two of the three disks.. ouch and f$%ken ouch !!
Morale of the story - THINK before you DO.. Takes 5 minutes to pull out the part and work on it while on the workbench.. So I TRIED to save time... and now I can't go near a pin for a week (except to play them), and I've had some of the week off lying flat...
So don't be dumb like me - No bloody shortcuts
