Klondike keeps changing balls each game

Hi guys I bought this Klondike and having a small problem with it
When I start a game (set to play 5 balls) it keeps changimg the amount you get to play with
Eg 5 balls then 3 or 2 on the next start I don't have knowledge about em machines so any advice appreciated in English please
I have a manual but I can't work out what or where I need to change clean or adjust ect thanks in advance
I fix computers no fix no fee the impossible takes a bit longer

Sounds like the Ball Count stepper unit needs cleaning as it probably isn't moving freely.

Hopefully it has a label on it so that you can easily identify it.

If you're unsure how to go about cleaning stepper units search for "em pinrepair guide", which describes the process very well.

cool thank you i'll have a look over this weekend it;s just a bit annoying to try and beat our high scores without enough balls haha  #*#
