Whats involved in converting a Usa 110v machine to 240v?

Post some photos of your transformers so we can tell what type they are.
Typically the USA transformers can't be converted to run 220-240V but the export ones can do both.
If you are lucky enough to have an export one just setup for USA then you can convert it easily, otherwise you will need a stepdown transformer
