I was looking for something else on the internet today and happened to stumble across this place, a pinball arcade that has recently opened up in Bowral, NSW, I was surprised that I hadn't heard of it before.

Yes, easy to remember.

Take my hat off to anyone prepared to open up a pinny parlour.  I would love to have a crack at doing it but don't have the intestinal fortitude to have a go.

Would you be better off charging $1 a game or say $20 cover charge (adults) $10 (kids) to stay and play as long as you like and hopefully pick up some food and drink sales as opposed to someone walking in off the street, throwing in $1 having a crap game and walking straight back out the door?  It would be good to get some kids coming in with their Dad's and hanging around for a bit.  One problem I could see would be people hogging a particular machine or kids hitting the start button 4 times and walking away after the first ball.

I think the rules and objectives are too complex for a casual player off the street. I have a number of free game now and then at home and still have not gone the full hog on any particular late DMD machine. The difference between paying and playing free is that you can experiment different shots without loosing lots of coins.
Now EMs and SS are a different kettle of fish. Their simplicity in rules and objectives is addictive and their ball play requires skill and determination, again extremely addictive.
