Super rare title..
I've never seen one "in person", but I have heard of two others besides Ian's. I have the original manual in a box somewhere, so I guess my Dad had one in the "old days" 
super rare, damn i wish you told me before i sold it,
would have doubled the price

.. on the other hand - It might be rare because is was not good machine ?
That's an interesting point as many machines are "rare" because they were either parted out, or destroyed - because they were low earners.
eg. Raven, BMX
Genuinely "rare" games are machines that are the "whole package"... and they are sought after by Collectors.
eg. Spirit, Cybernaut
I've never played a Mr & Mrs Pacman, so I can't comment on the game - but it has a very unique design
