Thanks all for the welcome!

OK... Cafe Status... Quick report for those interested.

• Basic building works completed but not satisfactory IMO.
• Dispute regarding finished works: Myself v Agent v Insurance company v Myself.... a lot of red tape but slowly moving forward.
• Permits etc... Tick.

Unfortunately I can't commit to any dates at the moment as there are too many variables beyond my control to deal with.

If there is anything worth mentioning I'll write up a new thread with some progress updates.

Thanks for the update - with all the insurance work I am sure things aren't always moving as you would like. But we wish you all the best for the future of this venture.

And I am sure most of us would make it to an opening when it comes to that.
