Solar city
« on: September 24, 2021, 07:32:12 PM »
When playing a one player game on my solar city sometimes when the ball resets player 2 score reel will advance 200 points, even though I’m not playing player 2, solar city does vibrate a lot on reset, what switches do I check. Thanks

Sounds like the game is resetting properly. Does Player 2 reset perfectly every time, or does it "struggle" ? When the ball is lost, the Bonus unit goes through every drop target to award 1000 points if dropped. So it is a long bonus count. So that would not pulse the 100 point relay. You could try thumping the headbox while a game is current - that would tell you if the 100 point replay or player 2 score reels need adjustment.

The "Player Unit" controls which player receives scoring, so it could be an adjustments required on the Player unit (in the headbox).

My solar city won’t advance the 100s reel when the 10s reel gets to 90, this happens on a 1 or 2 player game, switches on score reels are in there correct position at the 9 position, any thoughts

Also give the wires a tug sometimes they can be broken but held in with the cotton cover stuck in the solder
