Where to buy wire?
« on: December 01, 2010, 09:51:02 AM »
I've been working on my TZ mini pf and there are a few wires that I need to replace that have been damaged by pinball hits. I tried Dick Smith but the stuff I bought there is really poor quality and didn't match colour-wise, the insulation melts if you put a soldering iron near it.

The colours of  the wires that I need to replaces are:

Solid Grey,
Solid red
Solid yellow
Green with a yellow twist
Orange with a green twist
White with a blue twist

I don't need much of each (20cm would be safe) and the colours don't have to be exact.

Does anyone know where I can get some wire to match.

Sorry if this is a dumb noob question.

Mark C has a heap of rolls of genuine pinball wire. I don't know the specific colours he has but I do know it is genuine, as used in production machines. Give hm a call.
