Two good things came out of this weekend -
A Profootball backglass that I bought about a year ago was finally framed. Although the backglass is probably a 5/10, it still looks good framed up.
Secondly, I bought a Cleopatra backglass from Marty Machine - had to wait for my brother in law (who travels to Melbourne every now and then) to pick it up. I got it from him today - looks great and I'll frame it up.
I want to get a 50s and 60s backglass. Anyone restoring an EM and will be replacing the backglass, don't throw it out - even if it is a 3 or 4 out of 10.
Let me know.
I'm putting them in my gamesroom (aka my half of the garage) to give it some additional atmosphere, plus and can't bear to think that even crappy old backglasses get dumped.
Even Mrs Bossninja thinks they look OK.
