SS Flashers - Problem or not?

Hey all,

I was doing some checks on my Scared Stiff yesterday.
I ended up doing some lamp and flasher tests.

In the test Menu - NONE of the Flashers 'test' or 'operate' , the game just sits there looking very dull - however , in gameplay they appear to all work.
This normal?

You have to have the coin door closed or at least the interlock switch pushed in for the flashers to work in test.  ^^^

If the coin door is open the power to the flashers and coils is disabled for safety reasons.

Oh - that would be it - I did have the coin door open as I had copped a few jolts recently
