What sort of glue to reinstall Inserts?

Popped out a bunch from HH in readiness for the overlay installs, and wondering what sort of glue to use to reinstall them? The glue used originally is some sort of gum that weakens with heat so they can be removed, and would like to use similar rather than something like super glue which won't offer the same ability to remove/adjust in future.

Good question . I've only read about using superglue but would like to also know an alternative

i would assume hot melt glue.
you can get it in clear or a yellowish colour.
i haven't tried it on inserts yet but i know it needs heat to remove it.
i, and other people i know have used it to hold wire or circuit boards in place. or a dab on plugs and sockets on pcbs to stop them from comming unpluged.
and to remove the insert just heat up with a hair dryer, let it cool then peel it off.
