Step 1. Remove the coil stop from the flipper base by removing the two screws. Remove the coil and let hang
Step 2. Remove the 2 screws holding the End of stroke switch ( EOS )
Step 3. Remove the entire base by removing the 4 screw into the playfield and undoing the screws holding the flipper shaft
Step 4. Remove the Coil bracket, Plunger stop, Bush and EOS bracket and clean all parts except the bush. Photo 1
Step 5. Start putting all the parts back on order isnt important on these. Photo 2
Step 6. Attach the new flipper Pawl to the plunger and link with the C Clip
Step 7. Slide the new spring over the coil shaft and insert into the coil bracket Photo 3
Step 8. Remove the old coil sleeve from the coil and replace with the new one.
Step 9. Slide the newly sleeved coil back into position and install the new coil stop withe the two screws
Step 10. Install the new EOS switch unsolder the wires from the old and transfer them to the new one and your done just needs to be re screwed to the playfield and slide the flipper shft back into position and re tighten
