How to install new drop targets...???

What is the easiest way to take out the old drop targets and install new ones???
Do you need to pull out the entire assembly to make it easy or is there some other way??
Im sure all machines are different...im asking about the older Bally drops...KISS and Centaur..

Any tips???

There are pictures which may help. When I replace targets, I clean and rebuild the assembly. Just take photos before / after and you should be fine.
