Looking for green arrow insert for T2...
« on: June 22, 2010, 07:56:29 PM »
Hey guys,

I'm chasing a new or used playfield insert for my T2 restoration. The one on my playfield has a crack through it (brittle), and I cant find one anywhere online, so im hoping someone here can help me out. Its a green arrow and measures 2 inches long.

Infact, its the same as this, except green.

Fingers crossed someone can help me out.

Thanks guys,

el_timbo

Hey Timbo,

PBR a while back were selling a big-ol-bag of plastic playfield inserts, but I cannot see them anymore.  I think Nuggy may have bought a set for his Coconut Island project but not 100% sure.

Maybe check with Wayne @ TPF - he maybe able to source.

Worst case - if one cannot be located might just have to put a clear one in and green LED.

I did buy a couple of those bags for Coconut Island - there might even have been some green ones left, will have to get Nug to dig them out and check Tim.

Nug thinks there are only clear ones left, and they might not be two inches - I'll be over there in the next couple of days to check. If there is a clear one, would you consider the LED idea, or use some green translucent paint to colour??
