Replace 2n4403 with 2n4401?

I am going to help a guy replace a blown flipper TIP36 on the fliptronics board, so with also replace the TIP102 and 2N4403 - problem is i only have some 2n4401 transistors here, can i use these?

Not interchangeable !
2N4401 is an NPN General purpose amp
2N4403 in a PNP General purpose amp
You need a 2N4403 - Jaycar sell them as a Generic PNP device - P200
