Capcom parts -- www.pinballspareparts.com.au -Capcom Stage Diverter arm

I have emailed pinballspareparts.com.au  several times and no response regarding if they have a Capcom Pinball Magic stage diverter arm. I see they have many capcom parts on their site. How are pinballspareparts.com.au regarding service and communications? I am in the States and really need a new stage diverter arm. Hopefully posting here will help me out. Thanks

Usually they are quote responsive, but in my case the spam filter at the mail server does tend to block their email.
