After a RAM chip for a Zaccaria CPU, part number 6414 or 5514 or 6514.

I had a spare ONCE but gave it to another forum member some time back... pretty sure i originally scored them from JAMECO

You can also use 6114 which is low power and suitable for battery backup.
I have a heap of new ones should you need any in the future.

I knew there was another substitute, i used to have this brilliant online IC substitute site... type in what you want and up comes some suggestions.... buggered if i can find that site now.

And i wish i knew you have these... i recently ordered 10 off 6514 for future use   @.@
