GOTTLIEB FAST DRAW RESTORE

Hello Again
                Had some free time so i thought id do a another restore thread.
This time its a gottlieb fast draw again this was a Mark c Purchase didnt have a new owner yet so did live in my collection for a little while but wasnt upto my standards for keeper.

As you can see in the first photo i bought one of marks Headless bodies as spare parts and im glad i did as internalls were stuffed rusted everything and growing some kind of white crystals everywhere. So out of the two i got a reasonable looking pin.   As usual i got the machine going first  before stripping the playfield

Was it mylared ?

Yes Nino it did hav Mylar but i didnt remove it because the paint under it looked all crumbled.

even better with a polish and the plastics turned out good aswell

Came up really well using the best bits from both machines the new owner loves it and is already working on the wife for a second machine.  AS you all know one is never enough
