Glad you solved that Rob, it can be a challenge when there are multiple problems and no clear culprit.

Thanks mate. Its guys like you and forums like this that are invaluable when a person is all out of ideas. After that, I go to my good ol' buddy for support......Mr Jack Daniels.....he doesn't give me any ideas but sure as hell takes the frustration out of the picture.

Will be glad to get more time on the forum and hobby once the house is done  !@#
