I have a heap of them Gav - used but tested OK.

I can send one to you - - - - Thursday when the PO opens but it might be better to pick up from Chermside to save a week???

... and thanks Steevsee..... cant resist a pick up from Chermside... not having one of these lying around is pretty irritating when i seem to have almost everything else.
