Gottlieb Top Score EM not starting

have aquired a gottlieb top score ,when i turn it on the carrousel motor spins continuously and machine wont start.
Spent all afternoon reading but cant seem to find  an answer -any advice appreciated

That indicates that something is not resetting to zero position or reset position.
Usually it's the score reels but it could be drop targets, bonus unit etc..
Reset all the score reels to zero manually and try again.

reset scorte reel to zero by hand,has stopped carrousel motor from spinning -thanks
