Spontanaiety strikes!!! And we decide to get away with 7 kids for maybe 3 days at the beach... so we start ringing arpound for places that are EMPTY... yes i said EMPTY.

The replies we got....

Yes.. minimum 5 nights @ $450 PER night... can do $400 per night for 7 nights.


mmmmm... maybe my business accumen is a bit skew... but these places are EMPTY for a reason... wonder what it could be.

For just under the same price we can all fly to Hong Kong and stay in a hotel with breakfast!!!!

Guess the places will stay empty then..

Either or... given up to tell the truth, so will just have a day up the coast and a day down the coast... so long as i get to fish im happy

Last time Gav I went to a really nice resort on the Gold Coast, I wanted to go home early cause there is just no place like home.

7 kids Gav, bloody hell, nothing is cheap with 7 kids. I feel for ya brother.

Next time u get a few days spare, give me a yell and we can go deep sea fishing off the gold coast on one of those charter boats that takes u to a place where u catch shit loads of fish. My shout, you need a good days fishing mate.  Even a mug like me can catch a fish on one of those boats.lol  We cant take Leon and Andy and make a good day of it !

LOL- sounds good mate... in fact im deep sea fishing on Jan 14th.. leaving from the spit. Had it booked in winter but weather buggered it for us so it got postponed. Jan is better though as its big game fish season!
