glass for playfield to suit gottlieb system 1 machine

my playfield glass top shattered in my hands when i was removing it. not sure why as i didn't bump it into anything. anyway, does someone have one to sell? or do you know where i can get one? or is it just a matter of going to a glazier with the correct measurements and getting one made up by any glazier?

also, any idea on cost for one?

You can go to the glazier and get one, but it needs to be toughened glass

Where are you located ? I have used pinball glass.

If you are having one cut, make sure it is tempered / toughened glass and the edges are polished. Would cost anywhere between $40 - $80.
