Here is a real nice styled 1930's pin, flipperless but the coin front and the legs look cool.

Dont you just love it??
Made back in the day when design was as important as the object... stunning looking machine and a piece of art in its own right.

You dont see much design anymore.. its all too expensive, we lost the way somewhere along the line.
MDF panel with a sticker down the sides is the norm.. i dread to think what it will become

agree with you, and interesting concept with the spring loaded legs so you can nudge the machine to move the ball around.

Yeh... the spring loaded legs were probably a bit of overkill.. this is a rich mans pin from the 30's.

All woodrail pins require nudging.. it normally relies on the natural flex of the legs etc to do this. This machine has some extravagant engineering indeed

I'd love a game from the 30s or 40s. Would be a great piece of history and a talking point for sure.

Hmmm..

I had a chance to buy a project Bally Bumper. No legs, no playfield glass and no lock down bar. Gave it a miss.. Cool game though !
