Working on Truck stop that uses a bally 6803 board with a williams sound card D-11581-2006 .
I can't get the sound to work, I have scoped the outputs of the 6803 to the sound card and I only get a strobe signal is that normal ???
Should I get any sounds from the mpu board ???
any suggestions
