I must be the only one that likes & accepts the Premium model. Just think it reflects their album artwork seemingly.
I'm sorry, but I don't dig the cartoon look.

I quite like the look of the premium too.
I was tossing up between the LE and the Premium to buy.
I like them both but I'm not a fan of the pro at all.
Pins: The Getaway, TotAN, WH2O, Pinball Magic, Banzai Run, Flintstones, Judge Dredd, Lord of the Rings LE, Metallica LE, Iron Man VE, The Walking Dead LE, Star Trek The Next Generation.

I.phone

If u look at silver premium n want to keep real band look then premium look is fine , but if u look at pinny from just fun n pinball perspective , silver may be harder for some cause its very serious . Either way something here for everyone. Still think colours in real life are going to blow us all away , especially the pro with its mad colours.

Who has ordered or who is going to order a Metallica pinball machine ??? Which model n why ???

I think the premium actually truly reflects the true look and feel of the band. That would be my pic of the three

Agree with the 'something for everyone comment'

In for a PRO, already ordered  - why , cause they are all I can afford  #@#
PLUS this PRO seems to be very well done in all regards.

The wait is over for me on a NIB purchase, after passing on the last 3 releases from Stern. After looking at the pics early this morning and tossing up between the LE and Pro,i am more than happy to buy the Pro as I am not fussed about losing the hammer or spinners. What a great looking game and playfield layout so heres hoping it plays as good as it looks  ^^^.

Mate - 1000 congrats  ^^^
I know that you are much fussier than me in regards to the newer machines and have massively high standards - which is great.
I reckon it's good to see you pull the pin ( pardon the pun ) on this one.........

This will be my first NIB experience, thought i'm not buying from the first shipment.
Hoping a November visit to Sydney and work out a deal, direct with AMD.
Till then, wait and see approach for me or i could try my luck against Richard, in the next comp lol.

well done Pete on your purchase. metallica will sit next to acdc nicely.   which one did u decide on ?

I think its great that John Borg will get alot of well deserved appreciation because the playfield layouts n designs he creates are second to none, with speed, flow and just a effortless playing style u get from his designs. I reckon he is as good as Steve Ritchie all day. Play any of his titles and u can see some thinking has gone into his work for sure. I know he copped a bit for a few designs during sterns cost cutting models, but a designer is only as good as his budget and the latitude the boss gives him. X Men and Metallica for Stern a re big winners.

glad u got one mate, well done.
