Stern knows its customers don't mind waiting a little for the code updates

They dont have much choice in the matter and Stern seem to release less and less finished code each time.. but hey.. buyers are falling over themselves to get a game first up and will willingly buy  on title alone, before any artwork or even game play is released.. for the life of me, i cannot understand this at all..

Actually, after a few days of ownership I am realising there is more in this ( latest ) code than what I thought.......

All multiballs are in
FUEL Mode
Justice for All Mode
Fuel stacks with multiballs
Combo shots - with indicators
Sparky seems to do all he could ever do ( finished? ) - I think so
The stand up pick targets light the picks between the flippers , once obtained 2 times for each band member
Extra Balls score
Light show is fantastic and I guess finished to the point it can be to work with the current code / modes etc ( if it gets even better then that's a bonus )
Loads of animations happening

The code that seems to not have been done is some of the Mystery selections ( only 3 or so in there currently )
The scoring 'points' ( jackpots are strange amounts and increment in tiny amounts )
There are settings in the menu for 'Seek & Destroy' Champion - end of the line - and of course Crank it up on that right PF plastic - so all those things are yet to be introduced.
The top post divertor needs 'addressing' in general play
And obviously finer detail of some of the current gameplay could be changed.

All in all  - an incredible game release when you look at the coding, the artwork, the lightshow, the music ........Stern have kicked a MAJOR goal with this.

If Stern add in those missing code points you have mentioned and add another mode or two in future updates I am in.
Fingers crossed, I love the look of this game and want to pull the trigger on one.

Yeah CC - thats just what I have found in there so far.
There are still a few things that I dont get.......

Each ramp or orbit shot has a grave marker insert.
I have had games where they are all unlit at start of a ball , and others where one or two ARE lit.
For what reason I have no idea.

Same with the large electric switch insert - one at each major shot.......sometimes one or two light up but I have no idea why OR what I did to make that happen , if anything.
I 'think' it might be shots I have made successfully whilst in Sparky Multiball  !@# and I thought it would retain that memory, but I am yet to have 2 Sparky MB's in one game so I am unsure if I started it again if the shots I had already completed would be lit again at the start  *!@ *!@

Its just small stuff like that , that I cant work out OR isnt properly coded yet - possibly it is just me misunderstanding it and I really dont want to learn this game with the glass off as previously stated.

Looking good Wotto. Nice choice of LEDs. Mirror blades/shaker/Pinball Pro kit would be the first mods I put on a Metallica if I buy one.

I emailed Borgy about my idea for a menu setting idea where you can adjust the flipper hold to reduce the ball trapping, here was his response - never know it may find it into Stern's future machines as an adjustable setting

"Hi Jady

I catch the ball but rarely trap during multiball rounds. I like to play pinball and not just hold the balls like many very advanced players do. I like your idea and it’s a good idea for tournament play. Tourneys usually last a long time and it would certainly shorten the length of play. I’ll bring it up at my next meeting.

Regards,
John"
