I would replace the brass sleeve with a nylon type and maybe the flipper links/ plungers . Better still install a complete "flipper kit". As you have the game stripped anyway i would replace all the old coil sleeves. looks like the game was well used as it was filthy, Looking nice now though with new clear coat and polished metal
