TSPP flipper problem
« on: November 16, 2013, 05:25:15 PM »
Hi guys,

Just having a few issues with the left flippers. A few games ago the left flippers would occasionally stay up for a second or two after the button was released. I adjusted the contacts distance thinking they might be a bit close and it seemed to work. However now the left flippers are sometime weak, sometimes don't work at all and at other times it fires up twice in a row on a single press. When I got the Springfield mystery spot and the flippers reversed the problem switched sides   *!@.
Does this sound like a problem with the contacts or something more sinister?

Any thoughts would be appreciated

:tumble:  I'm lost for advice if the problem swapped sides then its not the flipper mechs maybe try swapping the flipper switches from left to right to rule out the switches ???

yeah its a tough one.

Got some advice off LTG (Lloyd) from pinside, will give that a try and hopefully that'll fix the issues.
