Decal?

Hi. Am looking at a Cactus Jack whick has a significant amount of playfield wear around the flippers. My son in law is a camera and computer wiz and I was thinking I might be able to get him to help me out with a decal to apply over this area.
Is this feasible and could someone advise me as to the appropriate materials to use.

Looks great! Did you use a decal and if so what did you use as a clear coat. I am possibly looking at removing mylar, applying decal, and either using mylar or spraying a clear coat. Any suggestions would be reallt appreciated.

Being slightly colour blind, I find it difficult matching paint colours, so painting is out of the question for me, I have to rely on scanning & using photoshop.
I do all my aprons & plastics using the waterslide decals.

You would want to be getting the machine very cheap with significant playfield wear, only mentioning as I would hate to see someone rip you off.

Thought it would be ok for around a grand as everything else works well. Dancing cactus work, although one has an arm broken off. Cabinet has a few marks and scratches. As I was forced into retirement, this may be what I need to keep me occupied.
Just need to sort out whether I can print up a decal to cover this worn area.

I know where there are NOS slingshot plastics if you need them - $25 for a set.
