Insure if its a matter of reposition the scoop assembly, but very now and then the scoop release will go straight down the middle. Can there be other things attributed to this problem like playfield level, or how the coil rod hits the ball etc. I can't tell you it worked better before installing the new scoop as its also a new mirco playfield
