"Prototype" - Cabinet Artwork
« on: August 28, 2014, 12:08:58 PM »
Hi Guys
searching the interwebs today for bits and pieces and stumbled across this:
http://www.twistedpins.com/products/stencil_kits/?ProductID=131

Its a stencil kit of the "prototype" Galaxy cabinet artwork.
Much better artwork than what they ended up going with - would this be legitimate or just someones rendition?

Interested in your thoughts, contemplating using this instead if/when i redo the cabinet.

I would never use these stencils. I suppose the saving grace is that it is prototype, and the finished product is open to interpretation. It would not have to comply with original design.

The stencils are not accurate or faithful to the original. Paragon and Fathom are nowhere near the original artwork. I only use Flipperescue stencils in any of my repaints.
