I think TZ is one where it has a half hook part of the assembly with a spring attached... is so, did you check for it binding there and removing old grease? I've had a few machines that needed a good clean with shellite and removal of old grease from pivot point
Bad connector on the driver board maybe? Had an issue were my Addams thing hole solenoid was not strong enough to kick out the ball. Tried everything you did. In the end I simply re-seated the solenoid output and transformer inputs connectors on the driver board which solved the problem for a short time. Ended up replacing the header pins and connectors.
OK, pulled out the board and cleaned the connector pinskicker works better, but I think I will have to clean the plugs as wellbut I am on the right track, thanks :)
