I don't have a problem with Auspost when sending out stencils. Never had one go missing. For an extra $3 you can mark the item as having to be signed at the other end, something I always do as advised by my over friendly Auspost agent who for some reason cleans his teeth in front of me..

A 1kg parcel  from Melbourne to Sydney using Couriers Please
Road ATL is around $12. I know that is higher then oz post but that could be an option to list for customers. Door to Door service
