Ok all,
Our November meet is coming up and new sh1t has come to light! It would seem that the reason the machines were taken out of the Mentone is........The pub has been sold to developers. Should make a nice high rise tower on the edge of the bay.
Oh well, we have a great new venue Kings Entertainment Complex. 366 Boundary Road Dingley Village. Our last two events there have been interesting, the September event saw some playing that was slightly tainted due to a few malfunctions on the machines, thankfully Zak came down and did his best to get them up to scratch for the finals rounds. October was the dawn of a new era, with 3, thats right 3 machines, No Fear, Road Show and Ironman Vault, all in beautiful working order and I must say very clean.
The machines have moved to the more "private" area with our own bar!
So as usual $10 gets you a ticket for our pinball giveaway. we have raised $600.00 so far, the target is to get a machine worth 3-4K. Which will be drawn when the funds are raised. Bring family and friends. So this comp rewards loyalty not just the best player in the land! The winner on the night also gets a slab and second gets a 6 pack.
Practice is coin in the slot up till 7:00PM.
Comp starts at 7:00PM. If you are a little late we will accommodate.
Kids are welcome at Kings.
Thanks for all your support since our founding meet in August, it has been a lot more work than I expected getting it all going. We are hoping for bigger and better things in the new year.
