My vote for EM has to go to North Star. The only example in Sydney that I was aware at the time was one at a Cronulla Beach milk bar in the early 70s. The art work and play difficulty stuck in my head better than any other machine at the time.
The other is Firepower. Way ahead of its time, frustrating at times but satisfying when on a roll. Never tire of Firepower.
If you don't remember the 70s then you were on drugs.
If you remember playing pinball in the 70s you were having a good time.
If you don't remember anything,  then read about it here,

That is cool - a real beauty. Reverse flippers would be interesting in a pinball comp  &&
I enjoy Porsche, Gibson LPs, Bally-Williams & learning about pinball maintenance & restoration.

Love the look of that knockout.
Looks like it's in as new condition.

And Spook said Fishtales which I love. I redecalled mine and it just gets more fun everytime you play this title. The humour and audio on Fishtales is just superb. One of the most unique sounding games ever.  The people who did the audio on Fishtales were very intelligent. Big effort went into it.
The artwork on Fishtales is also a masterpiece. The longer you look at it, the more u see in the artwork. Very clever.

So many people want to buy a Fishtales after playing one.
I will never forget the first day I ever saw one. I must have studied every inch of it for at least an hour before even hitting the start button.
Then I was hooked ofcourse. Lol.  Yeh, great choice Spook.
