Never seen a cheap door skin for a demo man but happy to hear more about it.

if you find one, i need one too, 2 slot, also for a demo man.

Buy a new one. Suzo Happ (Trancity) supply coin doors and pinball legs. Once they have their site set up properly, i'll post a link  !@#

Straightening old doors is a time consuming job. Requires a vice, a mallet and timber offcuts. Not worth the time.

thanks nino - there's definitely consensus on this one - sounds like not only need specific tools but some okay panel beating skills. Look forward to a link when all in place.

Sinbad, you might want to use Nino's link when up? I'm loving demo man - I bought mine as a project & now it's cleaned up with strong flippers it's a different game.

To digress slightly, Im currently rebuilding one...I think its a great game, many disagree, each to their own.
All new posts, cliffys, rubbers, LED's, regrained metal guides, polished metal ramps, cleaned and polished playfield, new coil springs, sleeves, flippers...
Progress images attached.

Very nice!!! Like what you've done. I'll see if i can put some pics up later - i put noflux plus leds throughout & it really transforms the look. I don't know y some people dont like it - i think maybe they play ones not in top condition - this decreases the enjoyment immensely. And have to admit the backbox art isn't the best (thanks Snipes - not). With white & blue led in the backbox it improves it a lot In my opinion it's a great game - good flow & addictive.  Plus seems to apoeal to all ages - my nephews love it. Underrated - but DOES need to be kept operating at or near it's peak condition to shine.

And fairly happy with shooter lane & ball eject condition for a project machine. I went with red post sleeves for mine - but blue on yrs looks tops. Toss-up on them really.
