PBP, Not correct.
In the latest box set releases of Next Gen and Enterprise, she (Janeway) had guest appearances added to both series.
So she now appears in all of the 3 series at one stage or another. I have the latest sets and have seen it myself.
I have watched every single DVD from the latest Next Gen box set as well as every DVD from Enterprise as well.
Even the latest release of DS9 has more content added to make all the crossovers work between the series.

Star Wars has always been good, but the SW franchise moved heavily to entertain children more really than hardcore Adult fans etc. There was so much computer sided special effects, it was like watching a X Box game in the end or a well done cartoon. Star Trrk leaves it for dead acting wise. But each to their own.
