Batman is SAM and USB updatable
TSPP is whitestar and not updatable

Thankyou for the info.
If TSPP is Whitestar, it's then the same update format as all my Sega games then.

Stern used to have all the Whitestar downloads on its website for every game. They also had the latest code from Data East to Sega and then all the earlier Sterns so they are all updatable but probably EPROM etc which is messier compared to USB stick but still easily achievable. Will get around to searching the Stern site later and see if the same massive stack of game uploads for the earlier stuff is still avail from them. I couldn't see why it wouldn't be...
