Hey guys haven't played this in a while.  Turned it on and it shoots 2 balls into the shooter lane instead of 1.

Check/clean trough opto switches.

Done that. Noticed in switch test there is a trough jam

Not sure if this has anything to do with it. Tried emptying balls and putting them back. Opto responds when I do this

So opto 41 is changing state when activated in switch test?

Not sure how to active it
 But when I block opto 4 it won't change state in test. I reckon dodgy opto

Most likely a bad opto.

You can check opto transmitter side by looking through a digital camera.   Lit optos will show up when viewed through the camera.

Test receiver opto with a torch light(non led) directed at receiver whilst in switch test.
